Based on real experiences and projects: Sant Boi Respira+Verd
In 2023, the Sant Boi City Council launched the ambitious plan Sant Boi Respira+verd To renaturalize the city, improving more than 65,000 m² of urban spaces. 3.74 million euros in European funds (NextGen) were secured, and a cross-cutting strategy was developed involving urban planning, the environment, and citizen communication.
his project demonstrates that small and medium-sized cities can also adapt to the new climate reality.
