In Direction & Results We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the
Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

• Professionals: company, position (if you provide them).

• To handle inquiries and requests submitted through forms.
• Manage subscriptions to content and informational communications about the launch and new features of Rumbo & Resultados.
• Facilitate the downloading of worksheets, templates, and resources.
• Basic analytics to improve site experience and form effectiveness.
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations.

• Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for subscriptions, downloads and communications.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for basic analytics and maintaining the relationship with contacts.

5. Storage periods

We retain your data for as long as a contractual or subscription relationship exists and, subsequently, for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations. Subscriptions are maintained until you unsubscribe or revoke your consent.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers with limited data access as data processors:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting and email) – EU.
• Google Workspace / Gmail / Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC).
• HubSpot (Contact Management/CRM – Free version).
• Forminator (WPMU DEV) and Elementor (form management and layout, without sending data to third parties by default).
• Complianz (managing cookie consent on your own site).

They all operate under contract and with measures in accordance with the GDPR.

7. International Transfers

Some providers may involve international transfers (e.g., Google LLC, HubSpot Inc.). In these cases, the following apply: Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and additional measures where appropriate, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to the European level.

8. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to info@rumboyresultados.com,
indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching an identity document.

If you believe that the treatment does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use technical cookies and, with your prior consent, analytical/marketing cookies. You can configure or revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by visiting our Cookie Policy.
